Christ is not just our savior, he is also our example.  In particular, his humility and obedience is to be manifested in the life of believers as they "work out their salvation with fear and trembling".  The example of Christ can be overwhelming, unless we see that he became like us, is for us, and lives within us by his Spirit. Humility is the surest path to joy, but often the last place we go.  How can we not just let Christ be our savior, but also our example?
