The Bible is ultimately a story about God and what he has done. The book of Genesis is the beginning of that story. In this series we will discover that God’s plan of redemption through Jesus began in the very beginning of the Bible and continues on to us today. One of the original purposes of Genesis was to remind the Israelite people of their roots and reinforce their purpose in the world.  Being a relatively young church in the city, we are hoping that this book will do the same for us today.  Give us roots, and remind us of the big picture of God's plan in the world and how we fit into it.  God's story is our story.
