Where do you go for affirmation? Approval? Encouragement? Every person desires these things. In the Bible, this was given through blessing; powerful words spoken into the soul of a person. In Genesis 27 we see a broken family (Isaac, Rebekah, Jacob & Esau) mishandle this very sacred gift. Through it all, God's grace prevails pointing to a greater blessing that will be available to all through Christ. What does it mean to truly live into the blessing of God? And how does this allow us to be a blessing to those around us?
