Self-control may be the most misunderstood manifestations of the fruit of the Spirit. This is because there is a big difference between biblical, gospel-centered, self-control and the self-control taught in our world. What is self-control and what is it's purpose? Why is it so hard? How does the Spirit of God enable us to grow in this virtue?
